Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods or promotional events.


Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently offer the following options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
Sixty House is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.


Domestic Shipping

We offer shipping across the United States.
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center within the U.S. via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries.
Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your location.
Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.


Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Sixty House is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
If you believe your order has been lost or misdelivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us at info@60-house.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize your address is incorrect, contact us immediately at info@60-house.com — changes can only be made before your order is shipped.


Preorders or Made-to-Order Items

For any preorder or made-to-order items, shipping times will be noted on the product page.
